Suzan Jo

Suzan Jo is an experienced attorney with over two decades of expertise in advising businesses and individuals on complex legal matters. Her practice encompasses commercial disputes, employment matters, and corporate governance. Suzan brings a strategic, business-minded approach to legal challenges, drawing from her extensive experience in both private practice and executive in-house roles.

Prior to joining Hawkinson Yang LLP, Suzan served as General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer at Tremor Technologies, Inc., where she oversaw legal, regulatory, and operational functions. Earlier in her career, she was an Assistant General Counsel at Cantor Fitzgerald and a Partner at Duane Morris LLP, focusing on commercial, employment and securities litigation.
